It’s kind of amazing how much Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson look alike, other then the skin tone. All in all this was a great movie, action from beginning to end even if it is over the top in so many ways. From the destruction of Rio to the great cars as we have become used to in the franchise, and with an all star cast that screams for another movie. It was also good to finally see Paul Walker beat Vin Diesel in a race after 5 movies, even if he did let him win. I am waiting for the DVD release; I can’t wait to watch it in front of my entertainment system, which even now beckons me to enjoy loud action movies at it. Working at DISH I have heard from customer and my own experience how important a great entertainment center is and how much it adds to your overall enjoyment of great movies like Fast Five. I am still going the rental way though, seeing that on Saturday my DISH platinum package rolls into the Blockbuster Movie pass, I can rent Fast Five on Tuesday first thing, using the DVD by mail service with free in store exchanges, after the movie is over I can enjoy 3000 streaming titles to my television or 4000 more streaming to my PC, and of course the 20 movie included movie channels will make for a movie weekend, not just a movie night.
